Lagos Life Account: Sign Up and Password Recovery

The official Lagos Life page offers Sign up and Log in. You must be 18 or older to register, and the Terms, §§1–2 allow only one account per person. An email is optional, but it is the published route for a password reset link.

How do you create and use an account?

Open either official Lagos Life game link, choose Sign up, and follow the prompts shown there. If you already have an account, choose Log in. Pick a username that does not offend or impersonate someone else, and keep your password private. The Terms make you responsible for activity on your account and prohibit extra accounts used to repeat a vote or evade a ban.

What if you forget your password?

The Privacy Policy says email is optional and is used to send password reset links. It also says passwords are stored as hashes, so even the operator cannot read back your original password. If you leave email blank, the documented email reset route will not work for that account. The public policy does not describe another recovery method; you can ask the operator in-game via @shallyr if you still have access.

Can you remove your account and data?

Yes. The Terms, §7 say you can stop playing and request deletion. The Privacy Policy says the operator deletes your account, game data, chats and email on request, apart from payment records it must retain by law.
